WHAT IS A LIFE COACH?

Many people have asked me what it is that I do, exactly, as a life coach. My job is not to be a therapist. A therapist is a licensed medical professional who helps their patient identify and explore life experiences that have affected how they see the world, helping them to clear the hurt and pain.

As a life coach, I will help you move forward in your life and create clarity and vision. We look at the future as opposed to the past, and I help you to dive deeper into your true self. I ask you questions such as: “If you could be anything without any limitations, what would that be?” “Where do you see yourself in five years? Are you happy with what you see?” We then take the answers to similar questions and work through any blockages you encounter along the way to achieving your goals.

We become accustomed to a certain way of life, whether from our childhood, society, or our own self narrative. We create limitations for ourselves to stay safe, and my job is to help you elevate yourself and walk into the life you envision for yourself.

As your life coach, I will be here as your guide, your biggest advocate, your cheering squad, and I will challenge you to show up as your highest and truest self.
